QCAA uses an internal review and tracking process to document bugs, determine the source of the problem, then focuses on strengthening the processes and/or knowledge requirements.

QCAA follows international industry standards and has adopted the standard methodology in our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Our process is based on the Agile Unified Process (AUP) which is a software engineering process that provides an agile yet disciplined approach, ensuring the production of high-quality software. The process allows us to proactively manage projects, risks and opportunities, changes, configurations, and system requirements.
